I write to say that we took delivery of our shipment last Tuesday. You used The British Removal Company for local delivery in the Malaga area and I am pleased to report them as being efficient in both their communication and delivery. The two gentlemen, Paul and Steve, handling the delivery were excellent and considerate.
As you are aware, we experienced delays and a lack of communication from GAC regarding the Doha shipment which was compounded further by their handling agents in London. In contrast to this, your service was excellent.
I have held a storage unit with your company for many years and always been pleased with the service received. Your consolidation of these Hull goods with the Doha shipment and forward freight to Spain was handled efficiently and with the minimum of fuss.
