This summer has seen a large volume of people moving with their jobs into Europe from East Yorkshire, culminating in 4 European removals in 10 days last week for Appleyards. The most popular work based destinations currently  seem to be Holland and Germany. Whilst the most volumes being removed are still going over to France this is essentially for second home and retirement reasons.

With daily access via North Sea Ferries it allows trips to be completed swiftly and with minimum inconvenience to families.

Access is perhaps the most common problem. External elevators are often needed due to the apartment style of living in Europe. Appleyards have contacts with organisations such as Mondial Movers in Holland and can arrange to get elevators set up in advance on the morning of delivery.
