Appleyards of Hull have just completed a container shipment for a lady moving closer to family over in South Africa.
From one box to a full container, all shipments can be arranged with minimum fuss and with our fully trained staff can be executed with ease.
Container Shipments can be arranged to South Africa through Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London or Durban with smaller shipments (shared loads) going into Cape Town or Johannesburg.
Custom Clearance
You must be in South Africa prior to the arrival of your shipment to assist with formal custom clearance. Customs allows one duty free import per customer and any for any additional shipments approval must be sought from the South African Revenue Service
As with all overseas countries, there are prohibited items when relocating, and it is always worth noting these prior to shipment to ensure these are excluded from your shipment. The following items should not be imported: Objectionable material, automatic, military weapons, explosives, fireworks. Reproductions of works subject to copyright.
