Celebrating 21 years working for Appleyard’s, Karen who heads up the International team looks after clients wishing to relocation overseas. From the first initial phone call to booking the shipping container Karen ensures each customer is looked after and can assist with the custom formalities and paperwork required for each country.
In the past 21 years, Karen has also worked in many of our separate businesses across the company from covering the Storage department, shredding and administration across the main office. Being a senior member, she also mentors the younger people in the office and always brings a smile and laughter into the office.
Before joining the company, Karen worked in the Entertainment industry and was a professional singer for Yugotours working in the hotels in what is now Croatia. Her love of people and rapport with the customers is what has made Karen perfect for her role as the International Manager and a very valued member of our team.
