This year we are celebrating 25 years of being part of the removal industry!
We began as part of Britannia Movers International PLC in 1995, specialising in international moves until we decided to go forward as an independent business in 2017.
As the company H Appleyards and Sons grew, we began offering commercial moves as one of our services alongside home removals, International and European moves. We are performing office removals for major companies in the city still to this day.
In 2000, as a result of the change in the storage market , we opened Hull Self Store. We have now been renting out various storage containers to suit all customer needs along with supplying packing materials from boxes to bubble wrap for 20 years.
Then in 2009 we ventured into the shredding market and began Simply Shredding Hull, where we began offering home and office shredding services to Hull and the surrounding areas on a weekly basis and the company has been growing ever since!
